When a client need an online application, be it a simple website that they want to control themselves, or a full blown specialized application, they usually have an idea of what they want based on what they believe is possible.
However, they may not realize there is something even better than they envision that could be accomplished.
Our approach is first to listen to the needs and desires, and then to ask questions that go beyond the stated vision, so that we can be certain that a certain path is the best one to take for the client. Many times we can come up with a solution that lowers cost and improves the client’s life even above their initial vision.
